New trends in social shopping websites

My friends have recently launched a social shopping startup in Russia -- Krasmall. They are building a website for their home city where local people will choose products from local online stores. Krasmall is planning to give local e-commerce websites many services to promote their products to local people using social media -- KrasMall's Twitter, Facebook, Livejournal and VK.com webpages.
